10:00 am: Floor and exhibition opens for the Public -> No admittance to the building before 10 unless you are a registered vendor (aka have a pass) or a helper (aka are on the list)
10:00 am – 12:00 pm: On-Site registration/pre-registration changes for the contest (registration capacities are limited, no guarantee for speedy procedure), Pick-Up for exhibition labels for pre-registered entries (likely to be quite a lot faster)
10:00 am – 01:00 pm: Placement of pieces into the exhibition
