Registration
The Bembel competition is a so-called “open” competition with different categories and levels. “Open” means that more than one bronze, silver and gold medal can be awarded in each category (“Technique”, “Expression” & “Gaming”) and in each level (“Standard” & “Master”). The jury evaluates all displays (all entries by a single participant in category) in a category and level and decides which entries meet the requirements for gold, silver and bronze and which may not receive a medal but a special commendation (“highly commended”).
Displays are judged by the strongest entry. Only one award is given per display – that for the strongest entry, or the full display (if all entries are equal).
Everyone is invited to take part in the competition in all categories.
The only restriction: Participation is only possible if the submitted entry can be exhibited for the entire duration of the event (latest 01:00 pm on Saturday until after the award ceremony on Sunday).
Registration for the competition
Before you register your models for the competition: think about the categories and level in which you would like your entries to be judged. You will find information on this in the regulations.
The application and registration of figures will be done via the Emperor service. The link to Emperor, timelines and information about the registration fee will be published here prior to the show.
