Becoming a trader

A central trader area is available for the show. Our tables (2,20m wide, 1m deep) shall be filled with all the things that make our hobby heart bounce with joy!

If you and your company want to trade at the “Bembel Miniature Cup”, please get in contact with us via email: orga(a)bembelminiaturecup.com . We will get back to you as soon as possible and send you all necessary information.

Please note: the request via email represents a request for quotation, no conclusion of contract will happen at this point in time. After we have come to an agreement, we will send an offer including an invoice. The formation of contract is successful only after the invoice gets paid (within 14 days after receival of the invoice).
